Better check your zoning/city/something before you take out that tree and buy
another.
When we moved here, the subdivision planted trees there. Mine died, so I was
going to replace it. Found out there was a 'list' of trees that could be
planted here enforced by the village. I didn't care for any of them, so I let
them replace it with whatever they wanted....and I must say, they do take care
of 'that' tree coming thru pruning etc.....

I need to replace the stupid bradford pear along the street (in the hell
strip). Any suggestions of what to plant? I want something deciduous- so
that I get the south sun on the house in winter....
