Looking for idea to replace the ash tree in my front yard (it’s roots are threatening my foundation). The arborist I had come out was completely useless- he just said to plant a Chinese pistache with no other ideas. The tree would get full south and west sun exposure. I was looking at Desert Willow and also Palo Verde trees as possibilities. Hoping some other ideas can be shared.
