We have a visiting vet who comes to the house - who doesn't really seem much more
expensive than taking them to an office, gives really good service, and keeps up with
things like needed shots, etc.
We had to have one put away - she was 18 years old and had a malignant tumor on
her mouth - and our big yellow boy had a strange open wound on his back - one neither
we nor the vet could explain.  After much treatment she took him away and sewed it up.
It seems just about all right now,  but she still calls to see how he is doing.

Yes I would, Daryl.
My wife just took our 3 cats to the vet for annual shots and checkup... Well over $500 and she turned down a whole list of other procedures they wanted to check or perform... such as dental
We need Medicare for cats.

I wouldn't give up a single one, though it's pretty tough at our age. And you wouldn't believe our vet bills.
