I guess when I pull them I don't get all the little nutlets, just the main
nut at the end of the current sprout. But I think by staying on top of it -
continuous pulling - I may be starving them out. Nutsedge applies to
Cyperus sp.; Yellow is C.esculentus. Purple is C. rotundus. I suppose
there are others but these are the most common.
