Re: Weather


When visiting some relatives in Riverside, CA, we went by a model garden of
native plants that was quite lush and used little water.  Local authorities
were using it to convince residents that it was possible to have a
beautiful yard without using a lot of water.   They also have a program
that supports planting a list of drought tolerant trees.
