I used a
Dremel pointed sanding attachment to make a nice flat headstone with his
name and a daisy on it from a rock for our beloved daushund/German Shepherd
mix dog that lived to be 21. It took a little time and patience, but it did
a wonderful job. I would think there would be multiple attachments that
would be handy with concrete, especially if worked when still slightly soft.
