Well, because "it's all about me..." ;-) Kidding of course, but if there's
a hurricane or a tropical storm even in the Caribbean I can't close on my
house. The insurance companies won't insure the buyer. I checked out Rita
and it looks like we'll be OK on that one. Hopefully, so will everyone
else......
