Yep- the cell phone system down in TX seems to be on overwhelm mode-
tried calling my sister in Austin earlier- all circuits were busy.
Regular phone worked fine though. School was cancelled for her area-
not because of the weather, but because they've converted all the
cafeterias and gymnasiums into emergency shelters for people who have
fled from the Texas coast. Austin's far enough in they'll jsut get
rain, but will have to keep and eye out for tornados.
