This is weird

Does anyone have a suggestion as to why two different web sites
seem to have frozen on September 5?  The CNN financial report of
the DJIA stopped at 2:39 PM, and the AOL Weather report seems
to have frozen at 8:56 AM the same day.  The ads continue to 
do their thing, but there has been no new information since those
times.  I don't understand what has happened.  What am I missing?
