In my continuing quest of not wasting....
 
Dill.... anyone ever dry it to use later?  Wondering if it is worth the
trouble of getting it dried without molding etc..... Does it keep enough of
its flavor to bother with it?  What is the best way to dry it if you don't own
any fancy equipment?
 
What about parsley? 
 
I normally use up most of what I grow, but presently, I have more than I can
use....
