Re: herbs


I have a little wooden dehydrator (14" x 6") that works well for me as I
also didn't want to purchase a dehydrator.  It does't take much room on my
kitchen counter.  The three racks of screened material sit and slide out of
a wooden box like structure, much like dresser drawers that slide on side
supports with nothing in the center.  I have a ceiling fan in the kitchen
that probably helps the herbs dry.
