Red Plastic Mulch a
Last year I used a red plastic sheeting "Super Red Mulch" under tomatoes and
had fantastic results...bigger, more and quicker.....Apparently, the red
reflection triggers phytochrome release and this protein stimulates the
growth. I have two questions: First, what is the scientific name of this
plastic. I can't find my label. Second, if any have tried it on OTHER than
tomatoes, what results did you get?
