Re: Voice Recognition Systems
Lina,
No advice on voice recognition systems, but I do have a comment on wrist
problems that are computer related or any other repetitive motion problem,
causing pain.
I read about this years ago and tried it for myself. I have since suggested
it to my mother and a friend (person that sews) all with the same positive
results...
The answer is a good Vitamin B Complex with a minimum of 100 mg of each B.
I don't remember anymore (guess I need more Licopene) why this works. My
mother and friend both avoided surgery and stopped the pain. Same for me
when my wrists bother me (usually in the spring when I'm writing and
gardening and mousing...computer mouse!)
Doctor's do not normally prescribe this.
It takes about 30 days of taking it every day to start working. You will not
notice it is working until a couple of days you forget to take it and the
pain is back.
I'm not a physician, so ask your doctor if there could be any harm. I know
of no side effects other than it can brighten your mood....HA!
