A Little Courtesy

A number of listserv members get their emails through dial-up service or handheld devices such as Blackberries.  Both are slow to load and bog down with long messages.

Please be a considerate listserv member and delete the message you are answering, except for any critical question or comment you are addressing.  If a message has been commented upon three or four times, the footers, alone, are monumental.  I've noticed some messages lately that are so long that it would take four sheets of paper to print them out.  And, it's only the first five or six lines that are new and of any interest.

The delete key is easy to find.  Please use it and help others to read your comments and ideas in an efficient manner.
