Good day everyone. Hope spring has arrived at your house...raining
here...hail yesterday...

I know this subject has been around. Is there a comprehensive place I can
look to help me set up a blog or a great email someone sent that explains
the basics? Also, since I wasn't thinking of starting a blog, I didn't pay
much attention to what sites are preferred (Blogger.com. WordPress, etc) or
lessons learned...etc...

Any important advice for a new blogger would be appreciated...

References to great blogs would help also...(Amy, your Garden Rant is
great!)... 

Since this is a rehash of a previous thread, you can email me offline. I
know I am WAY behind most of you...

I'm pretty low tech, so I could use all the help anyone is willing to give.
