Re: Native Plant resource - near Buffalo, NY?

Sounds like she needs a new landscaper with fewer cubic yards  of top soil. 
 Maybe one that's familiar with rain gardens and  wetlands.  Her local 
extension office should have literature that would be  a good starting point.
