This is an interesting question that I'm struggling with right now. I was
asked to exchange links with someone who is just starting a blog. While
his topic is interesting, his writing isn't. I don't like to discourage
people just starting out (we all had to start somewhere), but there is
also one's own reputation to consider. I'm curious to hear others'
opinions.
