- Thread-topic: [GWL] 3 Edibles - specific
Reading what others suggest opens me up to other things.
You just made it harder by wanting a specific variety
.I'd have different answers if I lived on the West Coast ('Fuyu' persimmon, 'Black Mission" fig and 'Berkeley' blueberry), but for here I'm thinking about things that are long-lasting or easily "put up" like 'Jacob's Cattle' beans, 'Waltham' butternut squash and tomatoes ('Enchantment', 'Sun Gold' and 'Purple Cherokee)
Cheers,
Cathy

If you could only plant three edibles, what would they be?
I'm writing my weekly blog in The Old Farmer's Almanac on the topic. Your
name will be included, along with your quote, and I can link it to any
website you have.
