I'm experimenting with Stealth Seminar.   It costs $69/month and they set up everything for you. Not used it yet but am very soon. You can also load a pre- recorded video. I think there is a live feature too. 

My VA charges $70/hr to run one. 

I'm also looking at Ustream and its interfaces. Have the Logitech device, but the internet configuration failed at my Charleston event, so no live broadcast of the garden makeovers from stage. I think there is a chat feature... Will research for you.

Loads of people use audioacrobat, but not sure of chat. It is $68/mo. Instant teleseminar is the same monthly cost, and the value here is that you can get more lines if you have a phone webinar, I think also chat is also available. 

You've made me think about these platforms again, so will be interested in what you find and at what price points!
