Tom - Roundup is not banned for commercial use and is (at my last check) a Category 7 herbicide for consumers which means they can buy it but it's behind a counter and they have to be "made aware" that it is only for weeds classified as "noxious" - that is - poison ivy etc. And consumers can't purchase concentrate but only RTU formulations.

Other products such as 2-4-D used only for cosmetic uses are banned as are a wide variety of other herbicides.
