I too wondered about the scary cautionary labelling on
Neem.  

The only thing that makes sense to me is that legally
speaking, the manufacuter is covered almost any
eventuality. Unless you use the product on the third
Wednesday of an odd month under a full moon while
wearing leather clothing. Or something.
