As list owner I get notices of addresses on the list that are bouncing -
mail is unable to reach them.  When that happens, Topica shuts off the
recipient's address.  
    Sometimes the problem  is due to temporary errors.  In some cases, where
users have mail services like webtv or Juno, the mailbox size is limited and
messages are rejected because the box is full.  But I don't always know what
the reason is.  So I need your help.
    1.  If you belong to a mail service like Juno or Webtv that has a
limited mailbox size, please let me know -  I'm not familiar with all such
types.
    2.  If you change your e-mail, please unsubscribe the old address, and
resubscribe using the new address so the old address isn't left to bounce
messages.
    Up to now I have simply turned all "off" addresses back on.  But some
have been bouncing so consistently that I am going to start deleting them
from the list if I don't hear from the member with that address.  
    How to know if there has been a problem?  The main way is to check the
archives.  We have enough traffic on the list that if your address has been
off for a day or so, you will find letters in the archives that you didn't
recieve.
    If you think there has been a problem and you want to stay on the list,
let me know.  Otherwise I am going to start removing the problem addressess.
