All this is true for all publishers of books that have a small audience, 
not just Timber.  If you write such a book, you are doing it primarily 
for reasons other than money.  However, certain of these books that seem 
a priori to have a tiny market turn out to sell much better than anyone 
would ever expect.  So you never can tell.  Who would have thought 
Chelsea Green would be able to sell hundreds of thousands of copies of a 
book on building houses out of straw bales?
