Thanks also for the book recommendation.  I am constantly frustrated
these days by the lack of printed documentation for computer programs.
Oh for the good old days when your money bought you an instruction
manual as well.  On screen help is simply not helpful.  I can't hold my
place at one topic with one finger while I turn to another (related)
topic and see how the two relate.  If I want to re-refer to
instructions, I can't keep my document visible on screen.  I'll take a
look at the book you recommend.
