Chris,

I'm not sure about a software package, but I might have mentioned a book
called Pricing Photography by Michael Heron and David McTavish. I've found
it to be very useful over the years. I just checked  on Amazon and they have
a 3rd edition just out in 2002.

As far as your current issue, my experience with book publishers for a small
run like that is usually 75 to 150 for 1/4 page, one-time use.
