A while back someone mentioned a software package for photographers that
helped determine appropriate rates for publications depending on usage,
readership/print runs, etc.

I can't find the message for the life of me.

Does anyone know what this software package is and where it can be found?

Also, in the same vein...  Someone approached me about one-time rights
for inclusion in a schoolbook.  The details are:

   5,000 print run, Aust/NZ rights, 1/4 page.

Having never done this before, what's an acceptable rate?  They asked
me, and I ahve no clue (hence the need for that software).
