Vancouver Gathering Again!

Only five people have responded to my inquiry about who is attending the 
annual GWL listserv gathering in Vancouver on Sept. 9.  Please tell me that 
more of you will come.  The last one I did in Chicago was well attended. 
There were over 40 people there.  Please let me know ASAP if you plan to 
attend.  Time is running to make arrangements.

The party will be on Friday, Sept. 9 at 5 p.m. in the Gallery Lounge off the 
main lobby of the Hyatt Regency in Vancouver.  Regional meetings are at 1:45 
p.m. and the newcomers meeting is at 3:00 p.m.  The Garden Products 
Exhibition opens at  4 p.m., but the reception with appetizers and drinks 
isn't until 6:30 p.m.  So our party should be a nice way to warm up for the 
rest of the evening.  If the past is any indicator, fun will be had by all!

Remember that this is a BYOD (buy your own drinks) event, but appetizers 
will be provided by some of us generous types.  Any volunteers??  There have 
been two already.  Thank you Andrew and C. L.!
