Hi, Kathy -- Indeed, this is a relaxed group. Biz casual, shorts, 
whatever it takes to be comfortable. There can be a good amount of 
walking, so comfortable shoes are essential. I've never taken an 
umbrella.

The banquet is usually the only "dressy" event; however, since it is 
at Chanticleer and it will be during our visit there, that probably 
won't be the case this year.

And you are right. Dressing in layer for overheated buses or cool 
meeting rooms is a good plan.

I look forward to meeting you up with you and other list members soon.
