GWA - what to pack and wear?

This is my first GWA annual meeting - I'm just starting to form my packing 
list - got camera, umbrella, etc. Wondering if there is anything you past 
attendees had wished you'd brought but did not - any recommend items?

Also, what to wear? I assume it is fairly informal/biz casual for all day 
events and tours -- I'll just aim to dress for the weather and the freezing hotel 
meeting rooms. But for the night events - how dressy does it get?
