Kathy Purdy's blog series
For those who want to get a sense of the history (and more) of garden
blogging - DO check out

"This will be a nine-part series entitled Garden Blog Pioneers Look
Back--and Forward, covering one of the questions per day (except day 8 has
two questions), starting Sunday." (email from Kathy)
I for one am really looking forward to the entire series - just read the
first one about how these real blogging early adopters got the tech smarts
to make it happen. Fascinating stuff for me (I only started in April 06) and
worth the read.
This material isn't likely of interest to the average gardener (or yardener
as Jeff B puts it) but I think it should be mandatory reading for garden
writers themselves. That won't stop me putting a link on my blogs to Kathy's
of course. :-)
Good stuff Kathy! A great step in group blogging for gardening.
