Weigela 'Eyecatcher' rebloom?

Not expecting much, I took a peek at my 'Eyecatcher'. Darned if there weren't
some flowers scattered here & there!  Not that I would call this a "reblooming"
but for interior Connecticut, it's a pretty sight in late August.

This was a PW ColorChoice selection, at least when it was sent to me for
trialing by Park Seed, etc, in 2007. Interesting... I mentioned it in my blog
last year and was contacted by Geoff Needham of PlantHaven who questioned
whether my 'Eyecatcher' burned or scorched, and enquired after its stablility.
He also informed me that Spring Meadow had decided to drop 'Eyecatcher', citing
lack of hardiness. (which has not been a problem for me).
