I'm actually redoing my cards and toyed w/the idea of doing a two-sided one. I opted not to do that because, personally, I don't like to get them. With a blank back, I can write what I want and hand the card to the contact.
My only other suggestion is to make sure its readable. Many biz cards have type that is waaay too small for my aging eyes, especially the phone number and e-mail, probably the two most important pieces of info on the card.
