I know exactly what you mean about new cards - my email/cell  phone stayed 
the same though, and I haven't had time to redo the cards yet  but .... 
basics such as web page, contact (email cell etc), should be there,  plus 
location (though I may omit the location this time round). 
I don't know about the back of the cards, but I do like the folded ones  
that open up to give more info. If I did that I would include the radio show  
that I host, and probably the blog etc.
