Re: scanner


I had a similar problem when I got my new Mac and Snow Leopard OS. I found a program that I could download to run my scanner. Have you checked w/the scanner manufacturer's Web site to see if there's an alternative? That's how I found mine. Also, I did get good info from Mac's Web site on how to use the scanner. And, I asked a Mac friend who is a lot more techie than I am.
