volunteers

I know a lot of you work as volunteers or with volunteers. I have nothing to gain or lose on this...I came across this free Website for some volunteer work I do for the Marion County Master Gardeners and extension office:

You can set the schedule and alert volunteers who then visit the site, register (once) and click on the time/day they want to volunteer. I think the site has a program that sends out reminders from 'you' without your having to individually send them out. There's even a search box people can use to find organizations or events.

There may be other similar aids out there, but I haven't run across any. I thought it was pretty cool and it seems to work well.
