Hi. I'm normally a proponent of small press and self publishing, but beware
of calendars. The trouble is, they get old so quickly and are absolutely
unsellable once their year begins. The calendar pros have this worked out,
but it's tricky. It takes planning, good distribution, and perfect timing to
get the calendars into the stores on time, and it also requires ways to deal
with the waste or return of unsold calendars.

It might be better to publish some kind of day book or notebook, with the
dates in place, but no day of the week or actual year named. This kind of
book has no "expiration date" and remains fresh from year to year if it has
not sold. It can be beautifully produced and illustrated, and the grape
theme sounds original and charming.
