Re: [GWL]: Martha Baby


I can't fault the ideas she presents much of the time, but I'd enjoy it a
lot more with a mix of other people.  It would give her publications/shows
more authenticity - no one believes one human being comes up with all those
ideas by themselves.  Even the best garden writers quote other people.  As
it is, the same person over and over is monotonous. At very least she needs
a sidekick to play off of.  By comparison, I enjoy Roger Swain on the
Victory Garden - he's upbeat and enthusiastic, but I also appreciate the mix
of segments, which makes it much more interesting than a one-note song.
