LCD projectors?

Anyone know anything about those LCD projectors that hook up to a laptop for PowerPoint presentations? I seem to be giving lots of talks lately and I wonder if it makes sense to purchase my own small projector so I know that I have all the equipment I need when going to give a talk. Most groups still don't have these projectors but they are critical when you have digital images.
