Edible Flowers
I'm working on a short magazine column about edible flowers, on which there
are several good books. I've served edible flowers myself, especially
violets, herb blossoms, and nasturtiums and have written about them before.
But, I'm looking for a couple of interesting quotes or anecdotes, either in
the what-to-do or the what-not-to-do department. Any good stories come to
mind? I'd appreciate your sending them off list. Thanks! If I use a quote
from you I'll let you know this week and send a tear sheet in the spring if
it's printed.
