Re: Re:RSS feeds

Chris - I can't speak to how many other writers or gardeners are currently using this rss feed "stuff" (I've been in contact with several this morning offlist) but I think its going to be worth your while. I can tell you that I'll use it. I did sign up for the hort.net feed this am (thanks!)

The "problem" with this kind of thing is the same thing with mailing lists. In the beginning we all signed up for a ton of mailing lists and then slowly we winnow them out to the ones that make sense, that add value to our lives and our work. RSS will be the same thing. If it adds some value, then we'll use it - if not - not. There will be an explosion and then settling out of this as well.

This is the url for the blog express reader that can highly recommended to me and the one I use right now. It is really easy to load, and add new feeds - a fact that I like. I have no doubt that at some point we'll switch to browser based readers as this technology integrates into the mainstream. But for now, this is quick and easy to use.

Chris Thanks for the feed - let us know if you decide to expand it.
