photography class ideas sought (for gardenwriters)

Hi folks -
I am interested in hearing ideas for a garden photography class aimed
specifically at garden writers. Is there anything any of you, as a garden
communicator with little or no photography training, or perhaps just low
confidence in your photography skills, would like to learn in a lecture
format? I am specifically looking for something more than the usual "shoot
early and late for the best light" or "use slow films and a tripod" stuff.
Or maybe something that elementary is what you want....
