Re: Public speaking
I agree--even though I was paid diddly-squat to speak to farmers' groups and
happy to do it. Farmers groups are a different market than the one you
people are targeting, after all. But undercharging is similar to the many
backyard growers who show up a farmer's markets with a box or two of organic
tomatoes for $1.50/lb. Seriously--I've seen a lot of that. And it's
infuriating for the people trying to make a living by farming.
