I hope that you will get in touch with the "Hope in Bloom" people: http://www.hopeinbloom.org/  This group is right in the Boston area only as far as I know, but is interested in starting nationwide chapters. They coordinate with landscapers to plant gardens for women who have breast cancer.  This shrub belongs in every one of their gardens!

I'd also contact the National Organization of Master Gardeners who have their convention in Vegas in March: http://www.unce.unr.edu/imgc/ they might have a raffle to raise money.

I'd be happy to ask the local Master Gardeners if they'd be willing to raffle one off at their hort conference in April - they expect about 800 attendees this year.
