Well, no, and yes.
Back in the Dark Ages, when web presence was a rarity, and before I
trashcanned my web site and re-met my family, I put one piece up in both
scrolling and page turning formats. I have no idea what these "new programs"
do. I just put up side-by-side pages and put a click to lead to the next set
of pages.
I asked for comment, and they were probably 90 percent for the page turning
format.
