global warming

 Dear gardening friends,
Help?

For my new book, "Gardening in a Warmer World," I would appreciate your current thoughts. Some gardeners view global warming trends with alarm, while others see some new opportunities (for example, late frosts used to get my neighbors' magnolia buds before they could bloom) (citrus up north?!).

Parts of the book will feature brief anecdotes from gardeners and nursery professionals around the country; it's not an overtly scientific or political book, though I expect to refer to or lean on latest research.

Should I work a quote from you into the text, of course I would like to contact you offline for permission, clarification, expansion as needed.

Thanks!
