There's an even  better idea than all the rest.

Throw a cocktail party. Invite four or five of the best respected  
designers in YOUR area that you know. Take a walk with them and see  
what they have to say.

We'll all have ideas from a distance, but there's nothing like someone  
local who actually SEES your space.
