Re: Subscription fulfillment ethics
Why don't you write the publisher explainiing that if the issues or a
refund are not received by a particular date, you will be happy to
include a notice in your own publication explaining that the lack of
information about that newsletter was the result of the
irresponsibility and lack of response on behalf of the newsletter and
briefly describe your experience. I would include in your letter a
brief recap of events as well as your own publications circulation --
give them an idea of how many people will read their bad press. You
could also publish it here as we all have influence over millions of
garden readers across the country.
