Thanks for plugging PAR. Everything helps. You might mention the PAR
vegetable cookbook, too. It can be found at the site by clicking on the
left side on the PAR button. A menu of other PAR stuff pops out including
Recipes. It's a book of recipes using the most commonly donated produce.
There are also vegetable tips and cooking info. It's free to download.
Each recipe can be made in 20 minutes or less, uses few additional
ingredients and is tasty. That might be a goodie for your readers and
interest them in planting veggies for the hungry and themselves.
