Re: Presentation Surveys

In addition to the other things people have suggested, I'd advise you to include a line where people rate their "level" of gardening - 
beginner/intermediate/advanced (and perhaps "retired") - this can shed light on discrepancies in ratings.  The content or 
presentation might be fine for an advanced gardener, for example, but leave the novice in the dust.  Or the beginner might be 
pleased but the expert bored.  Knowing who is responding to your questions gives you valuable information about how to tweak 
your talks.
