Re: Food for thought
Very interesting, Duane. I never went to court records for the reasoning
and facts behind the case. How much seed was involved? Did the farmer save
seed from the other portion of the crop? Did he use Roundup elsewhere on his
farm? (And what kind of "organic farmer" uses Roundup anyway?)
Your point is very good but would have been better had you refrained from
casting aspersions at the end.
